Hired to program, setup, and operate turret style punch press. Over time was trained on all steps of fabrication, including shearing, forming, and painting. -I was initially concerned that I personally was going backwards, moving from a company with new technology to one with “less new” tech. I was completely mistaken! You learn SO much more about yourself and your abilities by kickin’ it old school with nothing more than a calculator and a Mac! Going backwards really drove me forwards!
