At Broadway Across America I worked in the call center, a fast paced team based working environment focused on excellence in customer service, solution based problem solving and organization. I commonly trained incoming new hires in our company culture and the proprietary systems we used for our day to day work activities. I was also able to interface with remote teams and guests face to face on trips around the USA as we acquired new theaters and partners. In this position I worked in an office setting to manage the day to day affairs of both artists and administrators. It was my job to create weekly schedules, communicate with production staff and solve any problems that may arise for the artists that production staff dealt with. I was able to hone my creative thinking and immediate problem solving skills with every issue that arose, be it from scheduling conflicts to ineffective office appliances. I had to remain highly organized in the face of high volumes of incoming data while maintaining my calm, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
