Travis Tester is one of the most determined and inspirational individuals I have had to pleasure of working with. Through his training and guidance I now have great skills, and a new drive that will make me successful in my future endeavors. I was extremely sad when I heard he had taking another job because Music for All had lost a valuable employee that had a special gift for making a difference in everyone's lives around him. He holds true to MFA's mission in that he was able to create, provide, and expand positively life-changing experiences, because he succeeded with me.

I work in tandem with the Development team to create a strategic approach for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals. I manage a portfolio of individuals for annual gifts (planned gifts and capital gifts), prepare proposals and presentations as needed, work to identify and qualify 500 new prospects for initial solicitation, and to assist with corporate and foundation solicitation as requested and appropriate. I also give presentations throughout the community that helps move the mission of Goodwill forward and to make solicitations of those present. I also manage and take recommendations regarding web content; updating it on a quarterly basis to help with acknowledgement of donors.
