  During my time at Northreach Society I have been lucky enough to work on multiple exciting projects. I began at the Permeant Supportive Housing Project as a Case Manager and worked there from June 2019-March 2019. When COVID began myself and my team operated a COIVID-19 Emergency Shelter for 6 months. During my time at the Permeant Support Housing Site I became a shift supervisor. Beginning in August of 2020 I shifted to a new position within our agency, I shifted to the housing team as an Adaptive Case Manager. Show less
