I worked with Travis at Effectv upon the creation of a new team focused on Process Design/Delivery and Training until its conclusion 3 years later. Travis is a dedicated and enthusiastic analyst and often worked tirelessly to find solutions. He often proved his ability to go above and beyond when investigating a gap in workflow or a system that needed improvements, and worked tirelessly to provide the solution or develop new training materials for improved processes. His conduct as a trainer displayed great communication skills and demonstrated his ability to command attention in the room. I would highly recommend Travis for any role in which he can utilize these skills at any company fortunate enough to employ him.

I had the pleasure of working with Travis for close to 4 years. During this time, I was able to witness his ability to conduct engaging training and on-boarding of new hires. Travis can command a room while also keeping a training very personable. He is able to use his knowledge and experience and break it down in a way that is easy for the audience to understand from day one. Travis is also very adept at looking at an overall process and finding ways to improve it. His passion and experience around operational excellence was a pleasure to be around on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Travis for any position that will utilize his great training style, personality, and his passion to tackle tough projects head on.
