During my time at Berkeley Haas, I worked on multiple freelance consulting projects guiding biotech products. Example projects include: LincRNA: LincRNA is a pre-commercial liquid biopsy technology that is being spun out of the Kim lab at UC Santa Cruz. I led a team of three through a process of interviewing ~70 potential customers and industry experts in the companion diagnostics (CDX) space. We recommended a path to commercialize the technology through partnerships with CDX players. AHEAD Medicine: AHEAD focuses on developing AI-enabled diagnostics and clinical decision support for blood cancers. My role included analyzing potential customer segments for the technology, developing product pricing strategies, and providing recommendations on product features to be developed. Show less
