  Performed coatings on various pipe sizes on production lines as well as during spooling operations and rack repair. Coating and installation consisted of Fusion Bonded Epoxy(FBE) Polypropylene/Polyethylene, Tape wrap, and Flame spray. Injection mold Polypropylene ( IMPP ), Injection Mold Polyurethane ( IMPU ), Heat Shrink Sleeves. Grit blasted and performed soluble salt test on blasted substrates. Using such instruments like the Soluble Salt Meter, ISO Comparator, Replica Tape and Anvil Micrometer, Elcometer 224 surface gage, Holiday testing, Sling Psychomotor, Digital infrared, and Electronic surface contact thermometer.
