Launchpad Lead, Style Studio Co-Lead
-
Jun 2016 - Aug 2017
Launchpad is a special place at camp reserved specifically for 4-6 year olds at camp. As one of the Launchpad leads, I worked with my partner to create lesson plans to help campers adjust to camp. Additionally, I worked with parents to figure out the best way to help their children be more independent and make separating from their parents easier. At camp I was the allergy specialist, a task usually reserved for camp directors. Each morning, I communicated with the camp's kitchen team, headquarters and campers to ensure that every camper had something appropriate to eat. Show less
