I am happy to say that I found Ms.Tran at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula as a very good Pro-active pre opening team in F&B Kitchen. She was responsible for all Kitchen admin supports including Stewarding. Tran has excellent communication skills. In addition, she was extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. She can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She was flexible and quick to volunteer to assist in other Chefs as well.
