My team's goal was to help Rainbow Roller Rinks cut costs and promote their business more effectively. After doing a thorough research on operations, we realized most abundant costs came from inefficient outsourced sales and marketing method. We came up with our solution: • Choose a drag-and-drop website platform, then create a simple but effective website for the client to be able to manage it himself, and therefore cut the costs of hiring external party • Analyze and critically decide on the best social media platforms for the business to invest their resources in • Create a short-term and long-term plan to promote the business and help them to use their resources more efficiently • Create a summer program timeline to boost their sales in the lowest season of the year (including designing posters, email templates, brochure templates, accumulating contact lists) *Results: • Immediate cost cut from cutting out external party for website management: From $48,000/year to $2,160/ year • Summer sales increased quadruply based on change of timeline and initiation of summer program for school kids For references, please contact: Mr. Michael John Cooper General Manager Rainbow Roller Rinks 101 Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 Email: mjcooper44@aol.com Phone: (716) 531-6715 Todd M.
