Take the lead role in liaison with the instrumentation & controls engineering functional level within 3rd party contractor and regulatory bodies.Direct contractor’s lead instrumentation & controls and telecommunications engineers in order to ensure that overall discipline engineering design is in accordance with Company requirements. In project group to find out technical solution for allocation crude oil for two oil fields Hai Su Trang/ Hai Su Den ( HST/HSD) and Te Giac Trang to get agreement of both company and minimize modification cost on lease FPSO. Technical solution found help to reduce the price for package over 70% and still ensures crude oil stock allocation agreement with other company.Responsible Electrical/ Instrumentation engineering design, onshore, offshore fabrication, commissioning for WHP-H01 modification to receive crude oil and deliver gas lift and water injection to WHP-HST, HSD.Package engineer: responsible for manage, implement and control FPSO modification projects for HST/HSD tie-in with two catalog CAT-1 and CAT-2 comprising of engineering, procurement, onshore fabrication, offshore installation, HUC and commissioning. It include ICSS, telecom for HST/HSD can be operate from FPSO, allocation computer and other modification on a lease FPSO such as fuel gas, gas lift, manual and auto sampling system to allocate oil between two different company

Design by Global Process System on Singapore, E-house by HWL, McPec on Singapore and fabrication by epCI contract with PVC-MS on Vung Tau, Vietnam. Assist the project group in management and implement E&I work of Te Giac Trang field development project WHP-H4 from engineering, construction and perform pre-commissioning and commissioning. • Review and comment engineering document by Engineering Contractor: Global Process System Singapore and other package vendor of E-House, ICSS, compact manifold, open& close drain, fuel gas....• Review, comment vendor data. Work also including/combine vendor data from various vendors to main engineering drawing in order to save cost.• Support package engineer on E-House package including main items: gas turbine, diesel generator, frequency converter, low voltage switchgear, UPS, heater, heat tracing, harmonic filter, ICSS, HVAC, WHCP and chemical skid…• Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning in a safe and timely manner inline with project schedule and clear punch list of pre-com/com.• Support other package engineers on work related to E/I.• Assist JOCs Vendors in doing Factory Acceptance Test; Site Acceptance Test as requirement in Vendors’ workshops.• Co-operation with PVC, PVD tech or other vendors to supervise all E&I job to make sure that they are being carried out safety, timely and follow schedule.• Ensuring the electrical and instrumentation construction work meet with schedule and is carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, standard of workmanship, quality and code requirement.• In charge of site supervision and inspection of E&I equipment installation, hook up, testing and commissioning, which is carried out by PVC-MS, PVD Tech or other Vendors in Vung Tau or other places.
