Tracy has had the pivotal role in leading the delivery of the largest contract Netmedia/itslearning has ever managed - the SWGfL Merlin worth over £1.2 million over 5 years. This is a highly complex project delivering interoperability and learning platform services to over 2000 schools in the South West. Tracy's work ethic, technical competence and team leadership qualities ensured that we met all contract milestones and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction. There were many difficult challenges in delivering this project, particularly as we were working in partnership with RM and having to integrate our technologies into theirs for the first time. Tracy has built up excellent relationships both with the RM technical team and the client which helped her and her team to overcome all obstacles and deliver a high quality solution. Tracy has excellent technical knowledge and skills, is a great communicator and has a tenacious approach to every challenge which ensures that she gets the job done no matter what.
