During my consulting engagement at Coto Technology, Tracy managed the systematic creation, testing, and distribution of a library of about 50 reports that I was responsible for producing using Crystal Reports. His excellent organization and communication skills enabled me to quickly write some very complex, multi-level, multi-period reports, with drill downs, and user-entered criteria. The engagement was expedited due to his ability to concisely understand and convey the reporting requirements, and to construct appropriate data cubes.
