Tracy McDaniel is fully dedicated to any task she takes on. She works effectively both as a director and a team player. I had the pleasure of watching Tracy take over the directing of our last production, To Kill A Mockingbird, when the director unexpectedly ended up having to play a role. Tracy remained calm, cool, collected, and professional as the theatre filled to capacity night after night and brought in the highest numbers in our history. I would choose to have Tracy on any team I lead and would give her great responsibility with confidence.

Tracy is a gem. In whatever task or job she does, she always works hard and gives her best. She is a gifted creative person; a thoughtful writer and dedicated performer. I have found Tracy to be a generous person who willingly helps others, and has a winsome way about her that helps her get along with everyone. I have seen Tracy succeed with each challenge she accepts, even in areas that are new to her, because of her commitment.
