Part of the senior leadership team that delivered an ambitious growth plan, resulting in a significant increase in EBITDA to secure a timely sale to Sykes Holiday Cottages, at the end of 2019. Our remit was a buy and build strategy from LDC. During 2019 the business acquired 5 brands, onboarded and integrated them into the main Pure Cottages Group business. Winner of the BVCA mid market management team award in September 2019. Leader of Sales and Marketing team for all premium brands in the group, in terms of teams and sales targets with full budget responsibility. Specific achievements include: Creation of the Pure Cottages Marketing Hub, pulling people together from the different businesses into a high performance, multi skilled team, with a joined up customer and data driven approach. Delivered booking targets by designing and implementing an agile, digital first acquisition and repeat business strategy. Built the digital infrastructure for an efficient sales operation with a rigorous ROI focus Established a network of partners including OTAs and leisure businesses to optimise results and add value. Created brand articulation with corresponding content strategies for all brands in the group. Established and delivered acquisition, retention and performance plans for property owners.
