Courier turn-around-time (TAT) and Quality Department metric analysis, including creation, improvement and weekly data updating of Quality dashboard. Conducted weekly inventory of various labs’ office supplies and entered complete order into vendor website. Oversaw Resident and Student rotations through our various laboratory departments. Sent out minutes after leading daily “Huddle” meeting, which was attended by representatives of all operational departments. Coordinated special projects such as employee celebrations, CAP Inspections, and participant in both the Lab Week Committee and Employee Engagement Initiative.
