I worked closely with Tracy while at Biogen Idec. I have always been impressed with Tracy's ability to handle complex projects and complete them almost always ahead of schedule. She is a natural strategic thinker who is always one step ahead of everyone else. She approaches projects head-on and needs minimal direction. I always felt confident whenever I asked her to lead a project. One of Tracy's other strengths is her ability to relate to people. She is a good listener and gathers as much information as possible before driving forward. This is a very dynamic, intelligent individual who wants to learn and grow.
