I had the pleasure of working with Tracy when she joined the marketing team at RMS. Tracy brings bundles of enthusiasm, ideas and a desire to make things happen which she effectively combines with a curious and inquisitive mind and with a customer first mindset. Tracy quickly got up to speed with the complexities of the payments industry and set about making a difference; bringing her down to earth and engaging style to develop and execute a broad range of marketing strategies including product launches, customer engagement, case studies and demand generation through social and content.       I started working with the founders of this Award Winning charity in 2018, advising on best practices in terms of how to prioritise their time and Marketing activities following 2 years of rapid expansion having started their charity serving cancer patients and their families in the community in 2016. They had and still have an integral role to play in their community and an army of ambassadors and supporters, but were hellbent on doing everything themselves while continuing to work full time in roles outside of the charity. With regular monthly mentoring sessions, we were able to set short and long term goals, not only for them personally, but also for the charity, and our work together combined with the unwavering commitment of Lorraine and Lee Lewis, this charity continues to go from strength to strength.
