I have been part of Spokane Faith and Values nearly since Tracy first founded this great community organization. I feel privileged and educated by Tracy as a mentor learning firsthand from her how she grew Spokane Faith and Values as an organization. She has worn many hats, all skillfully and nimbly, as editor, writer, and executive director. Not only that, she has paved a path for important community discussions and earned the trust of many leaders and members of the faith communities in Spokane. She is true diplomat, striving to be objective and fair. Thanks to Tracy's work, many people listen to each other and mingle together and make friends with those they might not have. She is a peacekeeper and sets an extraordinary example of accomplishment, having received many well-deserved awards. I know there are many more awards awaiting Tracy in the future, because she loves what she does, and helping others around her. You couldn't ask for a better boss.
