Development Director • Refocus the fundraising effort through increasing the number of grants and corporate sponsorships written. Increased grant revenue from $100,000 to $250,000 in 18 months. • Planned and executed a new fundraising event – The Philadelphia Chair Affair. In the second year of the event sponsorship revenue increased from $8,000 to $26,000, attendance doubled in size, and the auction and raffle doubled in income raised from $2,500 to $5,217. • Increasing individual donations by instituting focused appeals throughout the year.
