Tracy has a work ethic, second to none. He brings an experience matched by few. His integrity is the highest. He worked in a conflict country, with a security clearance, and was a team player admired by all of us working for PAE. He is especially superior in stressful situations, as we lost one of his team in Afghanistan, but his duty performance never waivered. He is to be relied upon, trusted and needs virtually no supervision; he gets his missions done in an exemplary manner. I'm available to expand on his performances, always above his peers. I was an Afghan Attorney General Justice/Rule of Law Advisor working with Tracy.

I have worked with with Tracy for many years in several countries around the world. His work ethic and knowledge are exemplary. I would work with him again, if given the opportunity.
