  Tracy is a 30 year veteran of the beauty & wellness industry. Starting as a successful salon owner, she consults with mass & luxury beauty brands as well as, with new and seasoned business owners to develop or expand their businesses.Consulting for Sally Hansen/Coty Brands, Tracy breathed new life into the legendary nail authority. She was a driving creative force behind Sally Hansen’s line of Nail Art (I heart Nail Art) and Miracle Gel, 2 step nail system. Miracle Gel still remains the most successful launch in the history of ALL Coty Brands. Tracy signed on as a consultant for Dior Beauty from 2015-17, where she used her expertise to educate on new product development.In 2016, Tracy utilized her years of expertise and signed on as the Director of Education for John Barrett Salon, NYC, where she implemented business strategies to renew his existing business as well as, develop protocols & created a custom product line, for his expansion into 20 salons nationwide.Tracy lends her expertise to Dior Beauty, Estee Lauder& Chanel Beauty to name a few.
