Tracy is an outstanding Human Resources professional and highly focused leader. The qualities that make Tracy more than just an excellent Human Resources professional are more rare. Tracy is highly enthusiastic, hardworking and always eager to learn. She is very good at her work and seldom requires any guidance. Tracy’s attention to detail, process improvement and documentation skills are key examples of her strengths and commitments that I believe Tracy would display in any position. She does all of this with a true sense of teamwork and cooperation. Moreover, she is very consistent in her work and tries to improve all her skills as and when necessary. Tracy is very efficient and meets her deadlines. She is positive, motivated, and willing to go above and beyond for the benefit of the organization. Tracy is a team player and pleasure to work with and I would recommend her with great confidence.

Tracy was an exceptional manager, always providing guidance and direction. Not only was she a great resource in the HR department, but she constantly had a positive attitude and was very well respected by her colleagues. She was a great trainer and mentor to me and would be an asset to any company.
