Fair HQ is the first Saas B2B solution which helps companies take better strategies for improving their DEI score.The product has 3 principal applications: the core API, the dashboard and the survey, which I have built from scratch while setting the infrastructure following security best practices.The purpose of my mission is to create and build the tech vision of the company. To achieve it, I have:- Built the MVP from scratch. From setting up the infrastructure to the production- Made architectural decisions to scale over time- Built dashboard using React, ThemeUI, and Redux toolkit deployed on Netlify- Built custom backend using NestJS mono repo structures deployed using infrastructure as a code via Render- Managed all the security requirements. Putting in place processes to prepare for ISO 27001 and SOC-2- Hired and defined a progression framework for the engineering team.
