I have never gained so much in such a short time as when I had the pleasure of working with Tracy. I was in a newly created role in a young organization and struggling to establish the company's goals and expectations. Tracy was brought in to advise and consult on better practices. She was a breath of fresh air and a wealth of information. She coached the team and brought positive energy with realistic advice to every meeting. Tracy has an ability to objectively see a bigger picture and devise strategies to elevate businesses and people. With her ability to see problems as opportunities and use evidence based practices to capitalize on them, Tracy is an asset to anyone lucky enough to meet her. I hope to work with her again one day!

Tracy holds a captive audience when training. She delivers with style and enthusiasm where the students, staff, and professionals engage with every word. Knowledge of her subject is of a very high standard and her personality is infectious. I would rate Tracy as a first class trainer with commitment and reliability. She is a wonderful team player and would be an asset in any working environment.

An exciting series of children's books based on Spider and Bat has just been released. The books are written using a dyslexic friendly font, and with backing colours aiming to make it easier for peole with some forms of dyslexia, to enjoy reading. The story is interesting to engage a reluctant reader, rather than the basic stories often given to people with reading problems. With colourful and creative illustrations, these books are sure to engage the highly intelligent mind of the dyslexic child. Spider and Bat focuses on friendship, and has suggested conversation points so teachers or parents can extend the learning about meeting new friends after the book has been read. With a strong background in working with young people with dyslexia and also anxiety, the books all have a personal development message. The special dyslexic font will also enable dyslexic parents to enjoy reading to their children. For enquires about the book please email me at tracym@westnet.com.au Show less
