Tracy Mcwilliams' was a strong anchor for a web design team I worked on. I remember him as a mentor, who taught me design and client UI skills. One of my strongest memories of Tracy was him sifting through hundreds of thousand of lines of XML code in order to produce absolutely perfect enterprise level documents in bulk, I have never seen anyone handle that level configuration with such a high level of accuracy since. As our team graphic designer and UX expert, he taught me my first javascript and performed the art direction on all of our projects. Tracy interacted with the "C" level corporate, gaining direction from the executive tier and marketing and transforming that into a cohesive internet design strategy. Tracy's Technical writing was concise and understandable, and was approachable by both the business side of the house and the IT knowledge workers. His design's were strong, and has was always willing to iterate and improve the designs based on feedback without losing the core direction and the underlying business reasons. Tracy's Problem Solving skills combined technical insightfulness with determination, that allowed him to navigate through complicated problems. Also, his strong skills in teamwork and emotional intelligence allowed him to access additional resources to find comprehensive solutions.
