  I supervise two staff members, which includes the front desk. I am the probation and parole liaison for our agency, fulfill all records request, and supervise and maintain all records for six years. I complete phone screenings with all potential new clients and issue assessment dates and/or bed dates for treatment, and supervise the team that helps in doing phone screenings on a daily basis. We also serve clients who have private insurance, so I complete phone screenings, check eligibility benefits, and file all claims. I also collect all monies for any client who pay privately out of pocket for their treatment. I am also the lead of the private pay team meeting held weekly. Show less
