I have worked with Tracy on and off for the past 9 years. Most of that time she was a Sr Project Manager working under my direction. First of all, Tracy has a work ethic that is unsurpassed and her loyalty to her employer is unquestionable. Tracy is an experienced and resourceful Project Manager. She has been on several multi-million dollar Corps of Engineer projects with tight budgets and quick completion times. Her decisions and actions to successfully bring these projects to conclusion have been remarkable. Tracy can "hold her own" against the most seasoned construction professionals. She takes full ownership of her projects. Her ability to stand up under pressure and make productive decisions set her apart from the majority of PM's I have seen. I would highly recommend Tracy.

I worked with Tracy on a large school which I oversaw construction of in Frisco Texas. Never having worked under a woman during my forty year career, I has some apprehensions. However, I asked some of the other project managers and superintendents about her prior to working with her and was assured by all that she was a good one. They were wrong because she is better than good. First, I found that she was a very good listener. I was able to candidly bounce ideas off of her to seek the best solutions or strategies. In addition she was always very proficient her administrative work. I was never in a position where I had to wait on a contract, materials, answers of any kind or subcontractors complaining that they had not been paid. I also found her to be personable with me and endearing to the owner and architect. However, she also had a sterns side which conveyed not to mistake her kindness as a weakness. I would consider it a priviledge to work with her again and as a result highly recommend Tracy. Moreover, I would be glad to discuss her character attributes with anyone interested.
