  During a year of unprecedented challenges, directing the Resilience Consultation Program at Acknowledge Alliance has provided an opportunity to support the mental wellness of educators and students, as well as my team of highly qualified mental health clinicians. This role requires collaboration with school districts, advisory committees, and outside agencies to align programs and best practices in service of our communities and constituents. A systems focused and strengths-based approach to partnering with school districts across two Bay Area counties has proven to be a successful foundation for multi-year partnerships which support all members of the school community. Strategic planning initiatives, program sustainability, fiscal responsibility, and service delivery are top priorities.
