  The Parisian Macao Director of SPA Operations (pre-opening): Opened in September 2016, The Parisian Macao is an integrated resort inspired by the magic and wonder of the famed “City of Light.” Featuring a half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower with a restaurant and observation decks offering stunning views of the Cotai Strip, The Parisian Macao features 3,000 guest rooms and suites.   Director of SPA (Pre-Opening) MiraSpa was part of the re-branding project of the Miramar Hotel, the role included project management eight months prior to opening, working closely with the designers and the on site project team.   Opening SPA Director: Oversaw 20,000 sq ft facility including 14 treatment rooms, hair and nail studio, yoga studio, fitness center and 5 swimming pools complete with private cabanas. The opening role included recruitment and development of all team members, establish SOE, FFE and consumables for purchasing, development of critical path, selection of product houses and development of menu of services, arrangement of cross property exposure. The role required versatile marketing skills as the property opened in the midst of the financial crisis, as Director of SPA I was required to maximize occupancy, drive revenue to local guests and develop and drive a prestigious membership program.
