I have been a jack of all trades. I have taught PE, which i I am currently an anatomy and physiology teacher at a pikes peak community college. I am a biology teacher and I have developed an exercise physiology class for the school. This covers biomechanics, kinesiology topics and the physiology of muscles contractions, VO2 max, and the physiology of bones. The next class I have developed for my school is a First Aid/Wilderness first aid/ CPR class. I train the students in CPR and then we focus on Wilderness first aid training and survival skills. This class includes a day of survival training at the USAFA with their Cadet Survival Instructors. The students finish the semester and can get their cards from the ARC. It has been a very popular class at the high school. I love my job and I love the opportunity to expose kids to classes that are creative and involve life long skills.
