  The Account Manager role is based on site with the Client at their Coventry offices.This role was a step-up from Senior Project Manager as a direct liaision with the Client to ensure JPG as a business were meeting all the Client's needs. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing the team and ensuring all SLA's are met - working with the Studio and the onsite team to ensure all Client expectations are met on a daily basis.
