Notable accomplishments include the creation of the "New To Industry" (NTI) mental health and fatigue management program at BHP Yandi. This program led to significant improvements in onboarding retention rates and successfully decreased anxiety levels among NTI candidates. Furthermore, the Yandi NTI program earned a nomination for the 'Outstanding Company Initiative' at the 2022 Women in Resources Awards, ultimately becoming a finalist.
