      I served as the Survey Department Manager for our Waterloo office from September 2004 until May 2011. As the Department Manager, my main focus was to establish and prepare projects for the field crews and process data collected in the field in order to create boundary and topographic plats, ALTA surveys, construction stakeout, legal descriptions, easements, and other surveying products. After an office consolidation, I am currently a utility survey manager for the Geospatial Division in our Swansea office. My daily activities include resolving boundary surveys, easement descriptions and exhibits, estimating and consulting work, preparing legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, construction stakeout, data reduction, flood elevation certificates, and letters of flood map amendment. I work closely with utility companies, contractors, realtors, attorneys, developers and title companies to maintain client relationships and coordinate projects.
