I had the priveledge of working alongside Tracy for four years at Sheplers. I was the men's buyer during her time as the ladies buyer. We traveled together and worked many lines together so my experience with Tracy is not only as a colleague, but as someone who worked very closely along side her. Tracy is the consummate professional. Not only is she knowledgable and takes the time to fully embrace whatever line/vendor/product category she is responsible for, but she was always - with loyalty - representing all of the objectives of Sheplers - all the while maintaining a professional and friendly partnership with her vendors. As we all know, this can be a delicate balance and Tracy is a master at this. During her tenure at Sheplers, she was asked to tackle many different product categories, which she did without question. She is team player and took on each new category with her full enthusiam. I learned so much about trend, assortments, vendor relations and multi store inventory management from Tracy. She is a wealth of knowledge and would be such a valuable asset to add. Her experience speaks for itself; but knowing her and what she brings to the table is the icing on the cake.

As a Sheplers buyer, Tracy made it a priority to understand the western consumer with style-right product while maintaining focus on financial goals and objectives.
