      •CE Program Development: Develop and evaluate program curriculum independently and in collaboration with instructors to meet the needs of the adult learner for non-credit courses. Research the viability of new program offerings, market potential, and competitive pricing models. Collaborate with marketing and communications staff or independently create marketing and promotional materials for distribution, i.e. flyers, posters, brochures. Create content as needed and maintain department website. Coordinate course scheduling and production deadlines for the quarterly bulletin. •Evaluation and Assessment: Assist instructors in developing teaching methods and materials for adult learners in their specialty area. Write course outlines and outcomes for Continuing Education courses. Review student evaluations and monitor the effectiveness of instructors. Evaluate course content to ensure instruction methods and materials are in compliance with and meet required certification and reporting standards (RCW's, WAC's, Federal copyright and trademark laws, Traffic Safety Commission, etc.).
