  As Gallery Director, I oversaw a staff of 3-5 individuals - a registrar, a Japanese co-ordinator, an administrator, a intern and a part-time bookkeeper. I was responsible for handling all invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and consignment paperwork. Additionally, I wrote all the gallery's press releases and newsletters - overseeing their distribution. I also oversaw the designing of gallery brochures, posters and catalogs as well as their distribution. I organized and oversaw the gallery's booth installation/deinstallation for the Winter Show at the Park Avenue Armory as well as participating in the organization of the biannual tour of ceramic studios in Japan. During my time with the gallery, I aided the owner with the completion of two bi-lingual publications, 5 Zoom presentations, and handled sales to collectors in the US, Canada, Europe, Turkey and Hong Kong.
