I work with the Home Office, College of Policing, Police forces and external stakeholders to deliver this project, tasked to deliver 20,000 new police officers in England and Wales. I hold two roles:Regional Lead for Wales - Managing a large portfolio, I drive human resource components for this dynamic project, with particular focus on recruitment; ensuring all four Welsh police forces remain focused on meeting the required uplift numbers. I have led the implementation of services including an online platform, application processes, data standards and enhanced guidance for recruitment leads.Uplift lead On Recruitment - Working in partnership with external companies, procurement leads, forces, the College of Policing and the Home Office, I redesigned and improved police recruitment processes for all 43 UK police forces. Introducing recruitment consistency, I delivered one universal method, applicant tracking system reliability, integration of databases and analysis of attrition rates to deliver comprehensive process improvement.       Working on secondment, I worked on 13 programmes of work to support the collaboration of the police forces of Wales: Gwent, Dyfed Powys, North and South Wales. Managing a large portfolio, I ensured all four police forces remained focused on the programme of delivery. I lead on and implemented an online recruitment platform (Oleeo) (Taligent) data standards, enhanced guidance for recruiters and an improved candidate experience. This police officer recruitment module went live within 12 weeks and within budget. The project grew develop other enhancements to all aspects of recruitment.
