  My position includes many tasks but the most important one is analyzing fraud for all international orders. At DrJays.com we accept orders from 40 different countries and the second most important task that I have here is resolve any issues from the customs department for that country. Besides those tasks listed above, I am also specialized in PayPal payments and I work directly with a PayPal agent to analyze more in depth of certain orders.   I worked as customer service associate for Book Information. I categorized books and also put up current promotions. Besides those tasks, I also did the register. I familiarized myself with hundreds of titles of books, textbooks or general books. My most important task at this job was customer service.
