  Harding brothers is one of the leading retail providers on cruise ships, I am currently on my second contract with Harding Brothers where I am employed in the perfume and beauty department. Responsibilities My main role is to provide customer care and advice on the products we sell, also to show expert knowledge on the ship and the ports of call. The role also involves extra responsibilities such as crew and passenger safety, extra roles involve assisting as a guide on shore tours. Delivery unpacking and check of including organising and managing my area of delivery. Ordering stock and assessing the shop needs. Seminars and product demonstrations. Showing strong public speaking skills. Dealing with customs involving stock counts to be declared and to reduce stock loss. Working towards individual targets as well as the business targets.
