  First three and a half months were spent in the call center as front end call routing. In February 1997 I joined the team that supported Facsimile Support/400 software on the IBM i (AS400). I assisted customers with the problems they were reporting with their faxing software. In 2001, Facsimile Support and Print were merged and I then began support the printing options as well as fax from the IBM i (AS400). With the receivables, I would reconcile the customer accounts with their payments, apply discounts if paid within 10 day and send out the monthly invoices. Later I moved to Reception and Showroom Sales. I would assist customers with writing up their plumbing quotes for their new builds or remodels and share the information with their plumbing contractor. This was enjoyable to be part of the planning process but still was able to work with numbers when writing up the quote for the customer.
