  My primary functions are to provide support and be liaison to Human Resources and Plant Manager concerning employee issues, company policies and employee benefits.I facilitate new employee orientations, ensure employee compliance with all corporate policy guidelines. Additionally but not all inclusively, I manage and administrate Workers Compensation Claims for our Ohio locations and Unemployment claims for our Ohio and TN locations.
