  My job was the starting point of production to build chassis for Mack Trucks. From the engineers blueprints I would read the specs of a truck and then lay it out on the appropriate rails. This entailed marking the location for the parts that our company was responsible for of the assembly. If I ran across any discrepancy's on a layout I would discuss it with the engineer so we could solve the problem and continue to build.
