  I advise and provide outreach to more than 400 first- and second-year students regarding scheduling, course selection, registration, academic policies and procedures, including probation and suspension in a fast-paced environment. I utilize many enterprise software platforms including Navigate, DegreeWorks, SSB/Banner 9, Slate, and Qualtrics, to advise, audit, contact, assess, assist and connect with students.
