I have been in two small group sessions that Tracey has facilitated for Local Government and I can say that she is one of the finest facilitators I have ever worked with and held back nothing, which made the sessions incredibly valuable to those of us taking part. In addition, I have gotten to know her on a personal level and have benefited from her advice and wisdom in career and personal planning. I would highly recommend her for any strategic planning or group development that you are considering.

I had the pleasure of working Tracy years back while at E-Comm911. Tracy was an amazing manager/director. Although I didn't report directly to her we spent a lot of time working together. Tracy has a knowledge base that is amazing, her background and experience has lead her to a place of great knowledge but Tracy also is always willing to hear a second opinion and change her mind. She was a great teacher to me, just even by watching her interactions with people/clients. She has a uniqueness of blanacing the needs of the organization but not forgetting about the people. She is a believer in having the right people in the right roles to make a successful team. I have and will continue to miss her.
