  Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Premium Service Department which services a large client base. This includes monitoring the general phone line, email inbox, contract preparation, and scanning documents. Works closely with the Senior Vice President and the Director on client service initiatives, administrative tasks, and financial reports. Responsible for ensuring revenue-producing contracts are accurately generated, returned in a timely fashion, and payment is completed. Manages inventory and provides status updates and recommendations to all stakeholders including management and sales team. Formulates and implements marketing plans to promote premium products to both new and retained client bases. Creates, executes, and analyzes all client satisfaction surveys.
