  My role is varied covering the following aspects of the business: HR - Creating all new starter packs, arranging inductions of new employees, disciplinaries, experience in all aspects of HR Health & Safety - Leading the health & safety team, ensuring all aspects of Health, safety and environmental issues are handled, ensure all documentation was in place to achieve Safe Contractor approval for the company. Completing investigation documents for any incidents or accidents KPI - Creating KPI's for areas within the business, working with the Operations Director to create utilisation and efficiency trackers for employees Reporting - Using internal systems extracting details into excel to provide accurate reporting data on company performance against SLA's and providing data using Powerpoint for external customers Working as the PA to the Directors - Arranging flights, hotels, diary management, scheduling meetings with customers etc. Account Management for some of the smaller accounts within the business, ensuring accurate reporting is available, working with other areas within the business arrange logistics movements, remanufacture of the goods required
