The team provides an alternative interface to Information Services and delivers value by applying an agile approach to deliver quick wins to the business. As an analyst in this team, I have used my ability to quickly understand business problems, define clear problem statements and recommend the scope and deliverables that will provide the most effective outcome. My skills have been applied to tasks traditionally performed by an analyst as well as across project management, testing, vendor relationships and mentoring 2 junior analysts.
