Tammy Hendricks
In your professional career, you’re fortunate if you can work with people you like and respect-luckier if you can work with those from whom you can learn and luckier still with those who go out of their way to teach you. This was Tracey Lee (‘TL’) in my work with her as a colleague. She considered it part of her personal responsibility to help develop those around her, not just in the intricacies of investment research and advice services (not a small task) but in any area in which she could offer value. This was a vast repository as she was someone who was a keen and quick study on many facets of business – from the hard commercial, strategy and regulatory skills to the soft skills around company value drivers, culture and interpersonal engagement. Suffice to say that not only was TL exceptionally well liked but also universally well respected. She was the person everyone wanted to have in a meeting as she was so articulate, knowledgeable and pragmatic and able to create an atmosphere of cooperation and support. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to produce or maintain a quality brand, ensure a healthy internal culture and secure the respect of customers and prospects. I would also say that anyone not putting TL in a key leadership role or at least on a fast track to one, is missing more than an opportunity…

Tracey-Lee is able to share her extensive and specialised expertise in ways that make even the most clueless person feel better informed.
