Part of a small senior management team responsible for the overall direction and development of the company. This included financial and strategic planning as well as the legal and regulatory responsibilities of directors in accordance with United Kingdom law. My primary function was Program manager. This involved establishing the customer’s requirements and working with the customer to take their vision from “concept to product”. The position involved the management of multiple suppliers and streams to produce high quality products at a competitive price and on on-time. I was also responsible for service level management, process and organisational improvement.I had the responsibility of managing a production team of four, as well as supervision of a team of casual staff that ranged in number from 10 – 33. This experience enhanced my ability to develop and manage people effectively in a time and cost driven environment. I had responsibility for the production and delivery of regular management and stock reporting data to clients and the management team.
